EdAccess Lab is a 501 (c) (3) organization created to enhance the capacity of education nonprofits that support underserved students on their pathway to post-secondary education. We accomplish this by offering affordable, high-impact advising that enables our clients to overcome barriers to sustainability and growth. Our target clients are small to medium-sized US education nonprofits with limited resources, lean staff, and aggressive goals. They face significant challenges to sustain and grow.

Pamela Haering
Executive Director & Cofounder, MEd
Pam is an experienced brand strategist and social entrepreneur who is passionate about education equity. Pam’s 30 years of non-profit board work and consulting have been focused on creating educational access for students worldwide and improving youth mental health outcomes. Before working in the non-profit space, Pam was building brands as a VP, Account Supervisor at J. Walter Thompson and BBDO advertising, the Vice President of International Ad Sales Marketing at Time Warner Turner, and a division creator and Senior Vice President at Viacom. Pam earned her BA from Dartmouth College, a master’s degree in education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and is a Fellow of Harvard’s Advanced Leadership Initiative (ALI) and the Harvard EdRedesign Lab.



Yefei Jin
Cofounder, MEd, EdLD
Dr. Yefei Jin, Senior Project Architect. Yefei Jin has spent his career supporting mission-driven, nonprofit organizations, from start-ups to institutions of higher learning. Yefei and Pam met and recognized their shared passion for education equity while both attending graduate programs at Harvard. After completing his doctorate in Organizational Leadership from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, Yefei combined his technical experience and Change Management skills to lead teams across innovative, change-driven environments. He is now building transformative technology in the Education Sector.

Linda Rebrovick
Advisor
Linda is an experienced management consultant, executive, and board director who is passionate about social equity and democracy. Linda’s 30 years of non-profit board leadership and consulting have been focused on education, healthcare, technology, and government. A former Nashville mayoral candidate, Linda is deeply engaged in civic leadership, including the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee, Leadership Nashville, Nashville Entrepreneur Center, and Women Corporate Directors. She chairs the Advisory Board at Harvard’s Edmond & Lily Safra Center for Ethics. Linda is President of Impact Corporate Consulting, and was Business Unit Executive at IBM Consulting, Executive VP at KPMG Consulting, Global Chief Marketing Officer at BearingPoint, and Area VP of HealthCare Sales at Dell. Linda’s 25 years of corporate and private equity board service includes HealthStream, Inc., Guidehouse, Inc., KPMG, Tribridge Enterprise, and Pinnacle Financial Partners. Linda earned her BS, Marketing, from the Harbert College of Business, Auburn University, and is a Fellow of Harvard’s Advanced Leadership Initiative (ALI).


Kris Rone
Advisor
Kris joins EdAccess after a career in operational leadership, marketing and global partnerships. Throughout her career, she has developed and created programs to support access and community. As Executive Vice President of Business Operations for the Los Angeles Dodgers, she led all business operations and revenue generation, strengthening partnerships and fan engagement. Prior to that, she served as President of Fox Sports One, guiding strategic growth across major sports and entertainment properties including Staples Center. A graduate of the University of Minnesota, Kris has served as Board Chair for Vistamar School and on the boards of Para Los Niños, the Dodger Dream Foundation, and Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles. She has a deep commitment to community impact and is passionate about advancing equity, inclusion, and opportunity.


Karin Beecher
Advisor
Karin comes to EdAccess after a career as an operational and strategy consultant in higher education. At PricewaterhouseCoopers and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, she led initiatives with education and nonprofit organizations to address challenges ranging from business process inefficiency to strategic operational decisions. Through the course of her work, Karin developed a keen interest in the issues around college access and persistence for low-income, underrepresented students. She holds a master’s degree in education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and was a Fellow at the MA Alliance for Early College.

Armand Dawkins
Armand brings 25 years of finance and operating experience across venture capital, early-stage companies, and global banks. He is the Co-Founder and CFO of Thimble Health, a healthcare technology company. Previously, he worked on the portfolio team at Supply Change Capital and was the CFO at Socialive. Earlier in his career, he held several roles within J.P. Morgan’s Corporate & Investment Bank and Asset Management divisions. Beyond his professional work, Armand is committed to advancing health, wellness, and education initiatives. He has served on the Board of Trustees of Chadwick School, the Board of Directors of Food Access LA, and the LA Advisory Board of CareerSpring. He currently serves on the Governing Board of Chadwick International School. Armand holds a B.A. in Economics-Philosophy from Columbia and an M.B.A. in Finance from Cornell’s Johnson School of Management.
